a) PhD/MSc Students and Post-Docs at the beginning of their academic career, with a doctorate awarded after 1/1/2021. A proof of enrolment in a PhD/MSc programme or PhD certificate should be uploaded when requesting the reduced fee.
Partial refunding is only possible until May 2nd, at a rate of 50%.
The fee includes access to all scientific sessions and coffee-breaks. Meals and Conference Dinner are not included.

Proforma Invoice
A proforma invoice can be download at personal area but first it is required to fill some data.

Add a billing address (Billing and Payment icon/menu)
After filling in and confirming the billing address, an orange button (Proforma Invoice) will appear where you can download the document.
Note: If advance invoicing is required for payment of your registration, please ensure that you have selected the fee and added your institution's invoicing information (payment menu), and send an email to spf@spf.pt .
